Case study
01
Complex e-commerce interfaces often confuse less tech-savvy generations and create friction during checkout.
02
Design an intuitive shopping experience using wireframes, user flows and Figma prototyping that feels seamless for all ages.
03
Onboarding interest selection, personalised home feed, smart search with filters, cart management and a 3-step checkout confirmation.
UX process
Before moving to final UI and visual design, low-fidelity wireframes were developed to test core user flows, navigation logic, and layout hierarchy across key screens.
Five fixed destinations — home, favorites, search, cart, profile — persist across every screen so users never lose orientation.
Item cards separate image, name, rating and price into consistent zones, with order and filter controls pinned above results.
Cart, place order and confirmation compress into three steps, with totals, shipping and payment editable in place.
